I am here to help you work through the difficult parts of life and I use an approach knowing that you know yourself better than anyone else. I work best with clients who are willing to make a change in their life. I am very empathetic, caring, and compassionate. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and Autism in children, teens, and adults. I have a humanistic approach but I also keep in mind that one lens will not fit everyone and I can adapt to my client's needs. In addition, when working with children, I utilize play therapy and sandbox therapy to meet the child at their level to build trust and then work treatments into the play.
