About

I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health and recovery journeys. I earned a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and hold both my Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) credentials. I provide a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. Together, we build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change through education and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I provide compassionate, evidence-based support for individuals navigating substance use concerns, co-occurring mental disorders and the impact these issues may have on daily life. I work to help clients build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen motivation for change.
