I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in working with children, teens and individuals on the autism spectrum. My approach is built on the notion each person has the natural inclination for personal growth and change. My role as the therapist is to provide empathy, guidance, and unconditional positive regard while being genuine and honest in the therapeutic relationship. Childhood and adolescence can be a very difficult and turbulent times. I aim to foster an environment where clients can be heard and understood by an adult they trust. I engage clients who might be resistant to participate in therapy by using unconditional positive regard and allowing clients to lead the way of treatment.
