I have helped many clients in the years since I began my psychotherapy practice. I have worked with a variety of psychological problems, however, my emphasis has always centered on treating the person and meeting their needs. I believe therapy is most effective when the emotional, spiritual and physical well being of the person is considered. The unique feature of counseling and psychotherapy is not only the ways that I can help clients but also the many ways clients have taught me lessons of life and their resilience in the face of crisis.
