I work with adult clients across the lifespan to develop the tools, cognitive flexibility and motivation to find more balance, fulfillment and purpose. I welcome those seeking healthier relationships to work, food, exercise and/or cannabis to support optimal functioning. I meet each client where they are and help them to feel heard, seen and empowered about their decisions, their relationships and themselves.
