As a therapist there have been countless moments where I have sat in awe at the resiliency clients continue to show by simply speaking with me. Whether it is in person or via telehealth, I provide the space that my clients need to feel heard, respected and most importantly, safe. My extensive life experience has allowed me to look inward and led me to my career path as a, Marriage & Family Therapy Candidate(MFT-C). I firmly believe that the hardest step for people is to look inward and reach out when most vulnerable.
