Hi there- my name is Dan. I would be happy to work with you! Are you at a point in your life where you are overwhelmed and seem to be stuck? It happens to all of us at times. Are you experiencing loss of motivation, struggling with sadness, obssessive thoughts, or anxiety? Are you experiencing consistent conflicts in close relationships, with parenting, or having difficulty communicating with your partner? Together- we can identify what is not working and find ways to get your life back in balance. I teach clients how to build happiness and focus on accurate cognitions and realistic expectations instead of allowing anxious thoughts to ruin your day/week.
