I care deeply about creating space for people to feel safe, heard, and respected. I don’t pretend to have all the answers—but I know how to walk beside you as you find your own. Who I am is someone who believes in your ability to grow, even when things feel messy. My ideal clients are curious, self-aware, and open to looking beneath the surface. I work well with people who feel deeply and sometimes struggle to manage those emotions. I help clients build tools for grounding, communication, and navigating inner conflict.
