I have a passion for helping others, and love working with adults, couples, and families through healing and growth.I believe that every person has the necessary resources within to overcome the obstacles in their life. Some complex obstacles, like traumatic events, can create points of fixation based on feelings of fear or helplessness. These situations that are outside of our control can leave long lasting feelings of powerlessness. Part of overcoming traumatic events involves coming to a place of acceptance that these things happened and they are not our fault.
