From managing major life transitions to smaller personal goals, life is always in a state of change. Having strong resources to help you remain grounded and regulated are at the foundation to addressing any of life's challenges. I believe that therapy can look different for each client, requiring trust and space to grow and implement helpful change. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, but have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals as well as LGBTQIA+ or gender diverse clients.
