Ideal clients are seeking empowerment through personal responsibility, while enlisting the support of others. They seek to build up communication, learning about emotions and how to regulate them in ways that support their goals & desires. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, & other issues. I am a combat veteran & have worked with other combat veterans in various ways for over twenty years. I am glad to work with people of any age & background. Inspired by the care & goodwill shown to me, I continue to study & practice supporting others in navigating their internal & external environments effectively. I am continuously learning & practicing applying various theories & methods on an existential foundation. I am especially interested in REBT, Somatic, Mindfulness based, Exposure, as well as movement and adventure based therapeutic methods. I am strengths based while also compassionate, patient, curious & adaptable.
