Accepting New Clients: I work with men who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. Drawing from my own experience, I help men overcome addictions to alcohol, drugs, pornography, and gambling. As a S.M.A.R.T. Recovery certified facilitator, I believe in evidence-based recovery, that is self-empowering. I can help young adult men who are struggling to find purpose and meaning by helping identify goals and values. I have an understanding of how to help fathers who experience stress of parenting neurodivergent children, juggling many different roles in immediate and extended family.
