I work at building a relationship with all my clients that are reflective of the unique work we do together. Challenges I like to navigate are substance use, tech dependence, anxiety, depression, trauma, existential challenges, and social isolation. Ideal clients are those who curious about acceptance and commitment to change through recovery and solution focused perspectives. We all have unique processes and deserve therapy that honors our own understanding of ourselves and our context. We will collaborate on moving beyond 'the problem' and into insight, acceptance and pursuits rooted in what is most meaningful for you. I specialize in stress management, addiction/recovery, loneliness, old traumas or new challenges, experienced by diverse and complex people throughout my career. Some for as little as 1-2 sessions while others over many years. No one approach works for everyone - we will explore what works best for you. I aim to be personable and deserving of your trust.
