I work in a collaborative therapeutic space with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma who want to connect to their inner wisdom and capacity for healing. One of the most powerful and needed experiences for anyone is to be seen and understood without judgement, especially in the expression of vulnerability in the journey of healing, navigating difficulty family dynamics, and personal identity development. I'm here to hold space for all of the pain and possibility in navigating the path to wholeness, authenticity, and empowerment. My approach is soulful and draws on Internal Family Systems, Sand Tray, and other Jungian and expressive approaches that all work together in a variety of ways to help clients where they are in their personal journey.
