Mental health affects every part of life and everyone can benefit from having a positive support to help rebuild their hope, empowering them to succeed in life. I have experience providing evidence-based care to diverse client populations, including young children through older adults of various ethnic backgrounds, and have treated multiple diagnoses (i.e. anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorders, etc.) throughout the years. Currently, I am extending my services to teens through older adults and focusing on making therapy more accessible via convenient telehealth sessions.
