I am a trauma therapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a evidence based approach recognized for its effectiveness in processing and healing from trauma. EMDR helps individuals reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge and allowing for healthier coping mechanisms.
