I am a licensed clinical social worker and life coach who is passionate about helping women lead an enriched life, of self awareness, discovery and meaning. Compassion and acceptance are the foundation I bring to each session as women work to reduce anxiety, improve relationships and navigate daily stressors and life transitions. As a parent trainer I provide tools to help mothers parent effectively and create a harmonious home. I support women who are experiencing health related issues, chronic pain and loss.
