I practice a client-centered approach to counseling which encourages you, the client, to uncover your own answers and explore your strengths in a safe, compassionate environment built on trust and respect. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma/ PTSD, LGBTQ+ populations, relationship issues, and couples counseling. I offer a unique and creative, depth-oriented approach to counseling which includes Jungian dream work, active imagination, symbolic creativity, yoga and meditation/ mindfulness practices at the client's request.
