I couldn't have guessed that becoming a therapist would be the best way to work with the scared and perfectionistic parts of myself; I'm so glad I took this path. I'm a lover of people and their stories, a mountain adventurer, and a deep ecologist. My background (and constant side projects) are in land conservation and non-profit leadership. I chose to study social work because it takes a systemic approach and focuses on social justice. Crested Butte, CO has been my home since 2007. I weave in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and somatic modalities to join mind, body, heart and soul. I'm also passionate about the numinous possibilities of psychedelics. I’m sex-positive and kink-allied.
