For the past 30 years I've been working in the private and public sectors aiding people experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, addictions, codependency, low self esteem, body image, grief, sleep issues, PTSD, and conflictual relationships. My academic qualifications include studies in Tel-Aviv, Oxford and the USA. I offer a safe, confidential and nurturing environment which enables us to work together to develop new understandings and tools that will help you achieve a greater sense of fulfillment in your life and relationships.
