I have experience in working with the young adult/adult population with a variety of different needs. I have worked within both an inpatient and outpatient setting offering support and therapy weekly to meet the needs of my clients. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities with experience in cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well. My training has allowed me to work with people with a number of different diagnoses including Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Self-injurious behavior and suicidal thinking.
