A partnership to empower you to heal, energize, and/or become aware of inner strengths. As we all evolve through life, we need to continually work on self awareness and building the skills needed in each moment in time. Here are a few highlighted specialties working with individuals: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Conflict or Anger concerns, Motivation or Social anxiety. In Family work: parenting, communication and conflict resolution. I specialize in all phases of couples navigating life together: pre-marital, newlyweds, new parents, fertility struggles, empty nesters, and newly divorced. Issues ranging from communication + presence, trust, financial, parenting, sexual intimacy, sexual desire, erectile dysfunction, and addiction (substances, gambling, gaming, social media, pornography).
