It is difficult finding our way and navigating in a world that may challenge us at times. I find that adding creative modalities to my therapeutic background help my clients self-express, especially those who have difficulty managing their emotions. I enjoy implementing movement, art, visual aids, and theatre into my practice to help clients communicate on a non-verbal level. I find that utilizing creativity into talk-based therapy can help build trust, rapport and engagement. It is important that I create a safe space for every client, as well as to have them feel seen and heard. View 6 Photos I enjoy working with children and the elderly. I also have expertise working with adults and teens. I've provided movement therapy for Parkinson’s patients and led counseling and movement groups for those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and body image. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help my clients build coping skills.
