I became a therapist because I believe we all deserve a place where our messy, complicated, tender selves are welcome. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and a little lighter than when you arrived. I help people understand themselves in love and relationships—whether breakups, dating, marriage decisions, or moving on after divorce. I also help people move past anxiety and trauma to experience more authentic connection in life. More than anything, I want you to know you already have what you need to heal—I’m here to help you trust it.
