I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression and difficult life transitions, whether it’s with work, school, or relationships. Having received specialized training in EMDR, I am especially passionate about trauma recovery. I work with clients to help them heal from low self-esteem, toxic relationship patterns, debilitating fears, & negative self-beliefs that can result from painful childhood or adult experiences such as neglect, bullying, domestic violence or sexual assault. I take special care in helping my clients gain self-compassion and reconnect with their sense of self and inner resilience.
