I am Danielle Gillotti, a licensed and fully credentialed Art Therapist (ATR-BC, LCAT). I have been working in the mental health field for over ten years. I entered the field of art therapy because I have always found the human brain and how we respond to our emotions fascinating. Art Therapy combines my passion for psychology, human development, and creative self-expression. The use of more creative therapeutic interventions and non-verbal-focused interventions is crucial to processing stressors and life events, as we may not always have the specific words to describe how we are feeling and why.
