I create a safe and non-judgmental environment to support you or your family as together we discover a path for your healing, growth and change. I can assist you, your child or family with managing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, school or work issues. I provide individual and family therapy. I am a skilled family therapist and I enjoy helping families rediscover connections and get maximum enjoyment out of their time together.
