I offer counseling for individuals who are looking for support in navigating difficult relationships, rebuilding self-confidence, and accepting their unique role in the world. I often work with those who have experienced postpartum anxiety/depression, traumatic events, and codependency in relationships. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong understanding of what it takes to re-establish healthy attachments to loved ones and previously offered support/education to families through parenting programs. I utilize an eclectic treatment approach individualized for each client. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, interpersonal skills training, and/or the art of holding into my sessions.
