Welcome. Therapy offers a space to slow down, step out of the chaos, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface in a world that very rarely allows us to do so otherwise. As a therapist, I strive to create a space where my clients can feel understood, empowered, and open to self-discovery. I believe that through compassionate guidance and deep exploration, healing and transformation are possible. My clients often view therapy as a tool that allows them to navigate these realities with more ease, confidence, and intention.
