I am a fully licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 10 years experience in the mental health field and 5 years experience as a therapist. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I specialize in employing concepts of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy and mindfulness to help individuals manage a variety of disorders including self-injury, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, parent-child relations, school issues, and life transitions. I provide services in individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
