I specialize in utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, clinically proven to help improve emotional regulation, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve interpersonal relationships. I have 17 years of experience doing what I love – “empowering people for a living” and I have worked with all ages in multiple levels of care.
