I’m a Clinical Therapist who works with individuals and families to help them navigate life’s challenges and feel more connected, grounded, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back and start moving toward the life you want. I have experience with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-harm, relationship issues, and family conflict. For most of my career, I’ve focused on supporting both adolescents and adults who are struggling with eating disorder behaviors.
