I offer individual teletherapy sessions for adults (18+) dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, relationship issues, unhealthy habits and more, in a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. I deeply honor the trust it takes to share your story. I have a list of insurances accepted. I also offer clients discount on self-pay or the opportunity to use their employee assistance benefits (EAP). My sliding fee scale ranges from $70-$90. Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and it is my mission to make mental health care affordable.
