People seek therapy for various reasons. Sometimes a person is impacted by a specific life event/crisis. Alternately, a person may feel stuck; overwhelmed and confused realizing the way he/she has dealt with issues just hasn't seemed to work. Working together, we will engage in a collaborative learning process exploring issues bringing you to therapy. We will utilize the therapy process to cultivate greater self understanding, compassion for oneself and the ability to better navigate the twists and turns of life.
