My name is Danielle, and it is a great privilege to be on this journey with you. I view myself as a guide for those overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, trauma, or reoccurring relationship difficulties. Together, my clients and I navigate complex aspects of the human experience to repair attachment wounds, understand survival responses like hypervigilance or shut down, support PMDD with integrative strategies, process trauma, address dissociation, and cultivate self-compassion and acceptance. Awareness, curiosity, loving-kindness, joy, and deep presence are the roots of my somatic-based approach. Blending EMDR, mindfulness, parts work (IFS informed), and psychedelic integration helps my clients release blockages, tap into their inner intelligence, find their joy, and live from a grounded and compassionate place.
