I specialize in building healthy relationships with your partner, children and family members. In life we develop negative coping skills in our family of origin that protect us in our youth but do not support us in forming healthy relationships in our present and future. I believe we can break these negative cycles through a combination of healing our past, increased awareness of our negative patterns and gaining tools to change these behaviors. I specifically work with adult children of alcoholics & addicts and family members currently faced with these challenges. I offer support, hope and empowerment during an extremely unmanageable time.
