Grief, anxiety, depression and trauma can feel so heavy to hold. My hope is that us working together will allow the healing to begin, and you will feel lightness to follow. Processing grief and trauma, exploring coping strategies, relationship patterns, learning self-care techniques, and strength-building can allow a client to feel empowered. Having a supportive, objective person to listen and care can help immensely in their process of healing. I work with all ages, individually and group, including couples, and families as needed. I specialize in grief, anxiety, and trauma to name a few. Using a person-centered approach with an emphasis on empathy and acceptance of feelings. I integrate mindfulness-based practices, art therapy and somatic techniques to help process their loss and heal.
