Are experiences of trauma, adverse experiences, dysregulation or overwhelm feeling like too much to carry? If so, know that you do not have to carry it alone. As a clinician, my goal is to support folks through difficult periods and towards growth + resiliency utilizing a trauma and attachment-based lens. I work with children/adolescents, parents/caregivers, and adults with a focus on addressing trauma and adversity, shifting core beliefs, improving relationship and attunement and working towards a more peaceful quality of life.
