I understand it can feel difficult making the first step in looking for someone to talk to. Opening up to someone about the most vulnerable parts of your life can feel scary. I believe in allowing an empathetic, nonjudgemental, safe environment for all of my client's to feel comfortable in this vulnerable process. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I am currently participating in a certification program which will add to my specialization in working with children, adolescents and adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD/ADD). I offer parent coaching and co-parenting sessions.
