Welcome! Oh, I am so happy you made it here. My work includes supporting individuals and couples that find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in some way—often aware that something inside them is struggling but unsure how to make sense of it and move forward. My clients often are silently carrying anxiety, grief, relational challenges, or the weight of past experiences that they find are impacting the way they desire to show up. My clients sit in front of me because they’re ready for something to shift, even if they’re not yet sure how.
