I bring extensive experience working with diverse populations, including those facing family dysfunction, attachment wounds, anxiety, and depression, as well as clients who deal with frequent feelings of disconnection, rejection, and abandonment. My approach centers on fostering self-awareness, promoting personal growth, and empowering clients to create meaningful connections with themselves and others. I've helped individuals, couples, and families feel less stuck, find meaning, and improve their relationships. I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community, men, first-time therapy goers, and those with BPD traits.
