Hi there, I'm Danielle. I support women, teens, and families through life's challenges. Feelings of anxiety and depression are real. They can feel overwhelming and confusing. Often these emotions not only affect our relationship with ourselves, but with others as well. My goal is to help clients process their feelings, identify unhelpful thought patterns, create new coping skills, and healthier relationship patterns. I provide a compassionate environment where clients feel safe and empowered to learn, grow, and heal. I am passionate about helping each client achieve their own unique goals and lead a more fulfilling life.
