About
Life can feel overwhelming when the demands of work, relationships, parenting, and family life start to pile up, even when things look “fine” on the outside. Many of the people and families I work with are thoughtful, capable, and doing their best, yet feel stressed, scattered, or stuck in patterns that no longer work. It’s often described as “All good things, just too many.” Some clients are also managing anxiety or ADHD, their own or their child’s. Many want help staying grounded under pressure or with challenges in communication, whether with partners, children, or at work. View 4 Photos Much of our work focuses on understanding patterns and developing practical, flexible ways of responding that foster both individual well-being and relationships. My background in engineering informs a systems-oriented approach, drawing from therapy, coaching, communication, parenting, and wellness practices to promote meaningful, sustainable change.
