My ideal clients are those carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, or past trauma while trying to show up in their everyday lives. They may feel stuck in old patterns, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. Their goals often center on building self-trust, learning coping skills, improving relationships, and finding clarity in who they are and who they want to become. Above all, they want a safe, judgment-free space to feel understood and start making sense of their story. I enjoy working with clients ready to take small but meaningful steps toward growth, even if they don’t yet believe change is possible.
