Over the past 42 years, I have devoted my practice to the treatment of people who want to feel happier with themselves, their relationships with their children, spouses, or family of origin. Many times people suffer from low self esteem, anxiety and depression. Parents come in with issues around their adolescent's behavior. Adults wish to improve how they communicate to their spouses, or would like to deal more effectively with problems at work and with bosses, or other authority figures. Many need help with everyday functioning, and some are struggling with confidence issues and initiative to set positive goals for the future.
