Over the span of 15 years, I received training and certification in areas of EMDR,GAD, BPD, PTSD, ADHD, Autism and Psychometric assessments. Including publications. My path to psychotherapist was not tradional as it began in a grassroots nonprofit caregiver to caregiver. I bring these unique personal and educational experiences into our work. As a neurodivergent entering into the later stages of life, I encourage persons seeking diagnosis in later life to reach out!
