I'm a licensed mental health counselor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My practice specializes in grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I believe that healing begins with a trusting, empathetic relationship, and I work to foster a safe space where you can explore your emotions, challenges, and growth at your own pace. I have a love for the outdoors, wildlife, mindfulness and embracing the physical beauty of the world. I spend most of my free time with my dog Loki, hiking and cuddling, as well as my cat Xena! I work specifically with young adults, adults, and elders, helping you navigate complex life transitions, painful memories, and the hurdles that can come with mental health struggles. Together, we will build a therapeutic alliance that supports your unique needs, values, and goals. My approach is grounded in collaboration.
