Life obstacles, relational issues, depression, anxiety, and traumas often create unwanted barriers to ones' growth, emotional well-being, and relationships. Through my practice, I strive on developing a safe and trusting rapport for one to safely manage, gain insight, and work-through. I have fifteen years experience providing individual, family, and group therapy to diverse populations (including adolescents) with an array of needs, challenges, symptoms, and diagnoses. I use a strength-based and person-centered approach, while incorporating a blend of traditional therapy and evidenced-based interventions.
