Providing Individual Therapy for adolescents and adults (ages 14+) with a specialization in Maternal Mental Health. Support for Moms focuses on fertility, loss, pregnancy support, bringing baby home, bonding, and new parenting. Services for teens provide help for anxiety, depression, and support with developmental pressures. Skills training and guidance are offered for parents to navigate the journey of raising children while balancing the health of the parent partnership. My practice utilizes EMDR Therapy for trauma in addition to treating anxiety, mood disorders, therapy for teens, adults and Maternal Support. My passion is to people develop healthy dynamics, instill bonding relationships, and to enhance communication.
