Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here because this means that you’ve taken a big step in your healing and investing in your future. Maybe you are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, or find yourself engaging in unhealthy relationships and patterns. I love working with individuals on exploring what maybe got you to where you are at, and developing better ways to cope and heal. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space. I am trained in EMDR to address a multitude of presenting problems, not just complex trauma. I will meet you where you are at and tailor your treatment to your individual needs. You will also get to meet my therapy dog Shasta, who loves to assist with the therapeutic process and makes you feel very special.
